For a lot of people, poor self-esteem arises because of a negative past. The unpleasant memories linger in the mind of the victims as they try to live their lives, telling them that they are not good, not worthy and imperfect. The past is like a chain that holds them back from being at their best, and unless the person recognizes the problem and try to solve it, the inadequacy will spread far into the adult life. Some people may never get the problem solved in their lives, and that is because they did not know it was possible to eliminate such a problem.
Negative self-talk and comfort zones are two bad elements of life that hold people back from achieving anything they want to. The voice in the head stops you from doing hat you were meant to by discouragement, and alluring you to go back to your comfort zone and relax. But no! That will not make you a better person, and it will only make your life more miserable.
Problems relating to self-esteem are far too common. I would say that if you would throw a stone out there, one out of ten would have low self-esteem. Ten out of ten people would be angry at you for throwing that stone. Jokes aside, that is how common the problem is.

When do you think you will ever make progress in life? Choose today, Hesitate and consign yourself to limited options, due to your neglect in making decisions will have a dire consequences. For any endeavour you have in mind there is ample time to achieve it, but you must make a start today. Time taken advantage of and used correctly will profit you endlessly, and there is plenty of it too. But the mastery of decision making is a gift and so rewarding, it separates the men from the boys, the wheat from the chaff.
Now that you have a new schedule, make sure to follow it and invest your time instead of spending it. You will be amazed at how quickly you move closer to your goals just by doing that. Everyday make sure that you are checking your schedule and doing what you have planned for that time slot. All the good intentions in the world do nothing if you don’t act on them.
